摘要
文章分析了静态阻垢法、鼓泡法、极限碳酸盐法、电导率法、pH位移法等阻垢率测试方法的优缺点,针对制盐企业的生产工艺流程和参数,对制盐条件下阻垢率的测试方法进行了研究。该方法模拟制盐蒸发结晶过程,对阻垢剂的阻垢率和分散率进行测试,具有实验结果重现性好、实验时间短等优点。
In this article,the advantages and disadvantages of static scale inhibition method,bubbling method,limit carbonate method,conductivity method,pH displacement method and other scale inhibition test methods are analyzed,and the test methods of scale inhibition rate under salt production conditions are studied according to the production process and parameters of salt enterprises.This method simulated the salt evaporation crystallization process and tests the scale inhibition rate and dispersion rate of the scale inhibitor.It has the advantages of good reproducibility of the experimental results and short experimental time.
