摘要
以南海某油气平台工程设计为实例,介绍了超壁厚低温分离器在工程应用中遇到的制造瓶颈。从解决工程实际问题出发,对低温分离器内件形式进行选型探讨,结合内件类型和工程计算,给出了不同内件形式下低温分离器直径和设备壁厚。通过采用轴向旋流高效组合内件,大幅降低了低温分离器直径和壁厚,解决了超壁厚低温分离器制造和焊接冲击问题,为今后深海油气田开发中低温分离器选型提供了工程经验。
Taking a project engineering of oil and gas platform in South China Sea as an example,this article introduced the manufacturing problems of low temperature separator with bigger wall thickness.For solving practical engineering problems,this article discussed the type selection of low temperature separator internals and calculates its diameter and wall thickness according to different internals.The diameter and wall thickness of the separator are reduced to smaller by using the axial swirl high efficiency combined internals,and the problems of manufacturing and welding for the separator are also solved.The engineering experience is provided for the selection of low temperature separators in the development of deep-sea oil and gas fields in future.
