食用盐浓相气力输送过程中产生的粉盐处理方法探究

利用浓相气力输送系统向包装工段输送盐品时,不可避免会造成一定程度的破碎,由此产生的粉盐对后续加碘以及抗结剂工序产生很大影响,极易造成添加剂添加不均匀从而影响盐品质量,因此粉盐的处理至关重要。在盐行业中,通常采用布袋除尘器和湿式除尘器处理粉盐,于是提出了两种处理粉盐工艺,并根据现场实际情况进行对比分析,对气力输送后续粉盐处理有一定的指导意义。
