Status and Opportunities of Ukraine in the Belt and Road Initiative

为了更好的发挥"一带一路"倡议在世界经济中的作用,和形成一个强大的世界经济增长的引擎,中国需要更多的国家积极和深度的参与"一带一路"倡议,以便能够用具体的经济和社会项目来填补"一带一路"倡议的概念框架。基于"一带一路"倡议能够为其参与者带来的诸多利益,各国与中国加强互利合作的兴趣也在增加。其中乌克兰是最早支持"一带一路"倡议的国家,也有其独特的机会加入这一倡议,并为建立欧洲,亚洲和非洲的新经济秩序做出贡献。尽管乌克兰当前政治,经济和金融形势困难重重,但乌克兰仍然拥有大量的技术和合作研究机会,这些也正是中国经济先进部门的发展需求以及实施重要战略项目所感兴趣的。本文的目的是让人们更好地了解乌克兰在"一带一路"倡议中的地位,优缺点,以及乌克兰参与该倡议可能面临的问题。

In order to better play the role of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)in the world economy and form a powerful engine for world economic growth,China needs more countries to actively and deeply participate in the BRI in order to bring more projects to fill its framework.Based on the benefits that the BRI can bring to its participants,their interest of cooperation with China is also increasing.Ukraine is the first country to support the BRI,and it also has its unique opportunity to join this initiative and contribute to the establishment of a new economic order in Europe,Asia and Africa.Despite the current difficult political,economic and financial situation in Ukraine,it still has a large number of technical and cooperative research opportunities,which are precisely the development needs of China’s advanced economic sectors and the interest in implementing important strategic projects.The purpose of this article is to give people a better understanding of Ukraine’s position in the Belt and Road Initiative,its advantages and disadvantages,and the problems that Ukraine may face when participating in the program.
