柔性导爆索切割过程仿真及试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为深入研究柔性导爆索(Mild Detonating Fuse,MDF)在爆炸分离装置中的作用过程和机理,采用AUTODYN软件建立了柔性导爆索切割铝平板试验件的仿真模型,采用固定约束方式模拟防护盖板与平板试验件之间的螺栓连接及平板试验件的双边夹持,并基于BKW方程,计算得到了柔性导爆索中RDX装药的JWL状态方程和爆轰性能参数。在此基础上,设计了柔性导爆索切割铝平板试验件的试验,验证了仿真模型的准确性。结果表明:该型柔性导爆索可以将铝平板试验件可靠切断,且防护盖板完好;从起爆到铝平板试验件分离,柔性导爆索的作用时间在几十微秒量级,试验结果可以为柔性导爆索分离装置的结构设计和优化提供理论指导。 The material separation mechanisms of Mild Detonating Fuse are studied by AUTODYN.The simulation model of the aluminum plate cutting by Mild Detonating Fuse,and the fixed constraint method are adopted to simulate the bolt connection between the protective cover plate and plate.The JWL state equation of RDX charge and detonation performance parameters are calculated based on BKW equation.An experiment of aluminum plate cutting by Mild Detonating Fuse is designed to verify the accuracy of the simulation model.The results show that the Mild Detonating Fuse can cut off the aluminum plate reliably,and the protective cover is intact.The action time of Mild Detonating Fuse is in the order of tens of microseconds from the initiation to the separation of the aluminum plate.The studies provide theoretical guidance for the structure design and optimization of Mild Detonating Fuse separation device.
