摘要
低成本、快响应的卫星发射技术具有很高的商业价值,能够适应载荷快速发射与任务更新需求。美国初创公司提出Spinlaunch运载器技术方案,可实现微纳卫星5次/天、5000美元/kg载荷的发射任务。对发射系统方案进行研究,通过参数估算对入轨能力、发射装置方案等进行可行性分析。结果表明运载器可以实现100kg级载荷的入轨需求。并提出3种可行的发射装置方案,对其应用潜力进行评估。悬臂拉力方案耗能最小,但运载器承受过载较大,发射精度要求较高;弧形壁面支撑方案耗能较大但发射精度较高;动量加速方案中,运载器要承受较大的冲击过载,给结构设计带来技术难度。
Low cost and fast response satellite launch technology has a high business value and can meet the needs of technology update rapidly.The U.S.start-up company put forward the rotary launch technology scheme,which can realize eventually the launch mission of micro/nano-satellite with launch up to five rockets per day and 5000 dollar per kilogram-load.The launch scheme is analyzed,and the feasibility of the scheme is analyzed through parameter estimation and 100kg load can be achieved the orbit.Three possible launcher device schemes are proposed and their potential is analyzed.The results show that the cantilevertension scheme consumes the least energy but a large overload and low launch accuracy on the vehicle,the curved-wall-support scheme consumes large energy but has high launch accuracy and the momentum-acceleration scheme must withstand large impact overloads.
