Research on Team Construction of Ideological and Political Education Teachers in Public Security Colleges

习近平总书记提出"六个要"总要求,为新时代思政课教师队伍建设提供了根本遵循。目前公安院校思政课教师队伍与"六个要"总要求仍存在一定差距,应在师德师风、教师选配、"金师"队伍打造、身份认同和队伍融合等方面采取一定措施。

General Secretary Xi Jinping’s"Six Essentials"general requirements provide fundamental compliance for the construction of ideological and political education teachers in the new era.At present,there is still a certain gap between the ideological and political course teachers in public security colleges and the general requirements of the"six essentials".Some measures should be taken in such aspects as teachers’morality,teachers’selection and match,the construction of"Golden Teachers"team,identity and team integration.
