自媒体时代独立学院大学生法律意识的培养路径分析

The Cultivation Path of Legal Consciousness of Independent College Students in the Self-medium Era

随着网络信息技术快速发展,自媒体成为信息传播的主流方式,也是大学生日常生活中不可缺少的部分。独立学院大学生在校期间使用自媒体频率日趋上升,为法律意识培养创造了有利条件。抓住自媒体时代的优势,制定自媒体时代下的法律意识培养策略对高校来说既是机遇又是挑战,事关大学生法律知识的提高、法律情感的培养和法律信仰的形成。基于自媒体背景下,结合我院大学生法律意识调查情况,本文分析了独立学院大学生自媒体使用的概况,当前自媒体背景下法律意识的现状,并对法律意识的培育路径展开相关探析。

"Rule of law"is the foundation of long-term public security in China,and also the core foundation of ensuring the development of higher education.With the change and development of social environment,college students are frequently infringed,which not only affects the sustainable development of higher education,but also brings a lot of panic to the public.Under the background of teaching reform,the cultivation mode of legal consciousness of independent college students is updating day by day.The traditional education concept not only restricts the enthusiasm of college students to participate in legal rights protection,but also weakens the main position of college students in the social mainstream situation.In view of the weak legal consciousness of college students,this paper discusses the importance of cultivating the legal consciousness of college students in combination with the investigation results of legal consciousness and the general background of the current teaching reform of independent college,and expects to put forward practical methods to improve the legal consciousness of college students in independent colleges.
