摘要
新时代背景下,新旧动能转换的频繁出现,以及其内涵的不断丰富与完善,中国正迎来新的产业升级、转变机遇,零售业在此浪潮中也大力拥抱"新零售"。目前,以阿里和京腾两大巨头为首的大量企业,已经展开了对"新零售"的实践探索和激烈竞争,本文通过分析阿里和京腾的竞争案例,总结陈述了众多企业向新零售转型的典型做法,并针对其存在的问题,提出合理化建议。
Under the background of the new era,with the frequent emergence of new and old kinetic energy conversion,as well as the continuous enrichment and improvement of its connotation,China is ushering in new opportunities for industrial upgrading and transformation,and the retail industry also vigorously embraces"new retail"in this wave.At present,a large number of enterprises headed by Alibaba and Jingteng have launched practical exploration and fierce competition on"new retail".Through analyzing the competition cases of Ali and Jingteng,this paper summarizes the typical practices of many enterprises in transforming to new retail,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the existing problems.
