摘要
新时期背景下,随着早期教育工作的不断发展,对于高职早期教育专业课程教学与人才培养工作提出新要求,强调为培养出更多与早期教育教学有关的创新型人才,还需要积极分析高职早期教育专业课程教学问题,结合问题,分析高职早期教育专业课程设置与人才培养的方法,进而才能有效实现教育教学工作的创新,不断为社会培养出更多的创新型人才。基于此,本文结合高职早期教育专业课程设置问题,分析高职早期教育专业课程设置与人才培养的必要性,最后探究高职早期教育专业课程设置与人才培养的策略,以期推动将教学工作的创新发展和改革。
Under the background of the new era,with the continuous development of early education,new requirements are put forward for the teaching and personnel training of early vocational education major.It is emphasized that in order to cultivate more innovative talents related to early education,it is also necessary to actively analyze the teaching problems of early education major in higher vocational colleges,and analyze the curriculum setting of early education specialty in higher vocational colleges,in order to effectively realize the innovation of education and teaching,and constantly cultivate more innovative talents for the society.
