销售努力促进消费的经济增长效应研究:兼与研发比较

Research on the Economic Growth Effect of Sales Efforts to Promote Consumption:Comparison with R&D

通过引入销售努力作为经济增长的影响因素,分析销售努力促进消费的经济增长效应机制,基于中国各地区工业统计数据,采用面板数据模型分析方法测算销售努力的经济增长效应。实证结果显示:销售努力对经济增长具有促进作用,促进作用在网购快速发展时期较大、在供给侧结构性改革期较小;销售努力的产出弹性为正且大于研发的产出弹性;销售努力通过回顾旁侧效应推动了批发零售业等部门增长;销售努力对消费在GDP中占比上升具有推动作用。研究结论对鼓励企业加大销售努力投入、提高销售服务质量、打击虚假广告促销等推动高质量发展的政策具有借鉴意义。

By introducing sales efforts as the influencing factors of economic growth,this paper analyzes the economic growth effect mechanism of sales efforts to promote consumption.Based on the industrial statistical data of various regions in China,this paper uses panel data analysis methods to measure the economic growth effect of sales efforts.The empirical results show that:sales efforts play a role in promoting economic growth,which is larger in the period of rapid development of online shopping and smaller in the period of supply side reform;the output elasticity of sales efforts is positive and larger than that of R&D;sales efforts promote the economic growth of wholesale and retail industry and other sectors through reviewing and side effects;sales efforts have contributed to the rise in consumption as a share of GDP.The conclusion of the study can be used for reference to encourage enterprises to increase their sales efforts,improve the quality of sales service,and crack down on false advertising promotion and other policies to promote high-quality development.
