摘要
通过构建猪场废水厌氧+短程硝化反硝化处理工艺,设计进水量4 m^3/h的处理装置,并开展了连续8个月的现场试验,探讨以短程硝化反硝化为主的脱氮工艺对猪场废水脱氮效果及其运行成本。结果显示:该工艺系统操作简单.运行成本低,且总体上抗冲击能力强;对废水NH3-N和TN同步降解效果明显,生化处理段的去除率分别达到92.4%和93.0%,整个系统末端出水去除率分别达92.8%和93.2%,运行成本约4.26元/t,实现了低碳氮比废水高效率脱氮。在周边农田资源紧缺的养殖场,该低成本高效脱氮工艺可满足猪场废水处理后作为灌溉水或达标排放的需求。
The effects and running cost of a denitrification process dominated by short-range nitrification-denitrification for pig farm wastewater treatment were discussed through the set-up of a facility with design influent flow of four cubic metres per hour for successive eight months.It has been found that this system was easy to operate and low cost to run with strong shock-loading resistance on the whole.The effect of synchronic degradation of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen was evident with their removal rates reaching 92.4%and 93%at the biochemical treatment stage whilst 92.8%and 93.2%at the outlet of the system,respectively.Its running cost was about 4.26 yuan RMB per tonne of wastewater realising highly efficient denitrification for the wastewater with low ratio of carbon to nitrogen.This low cost and high efficiency denitrification process could make its effluent to meet the requirement for irrigation use or standard compliant discharge when there was a few farmland resource available around pig farms.
