中药抗辐射及机制研究新进展 被引量:9

Progress in research on anti-radiation mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine

摘要 现代社会人们遭受电离辐射和非电离辐射越来越广泛。剂量过大的辐射会损伤机体免疫系统、造血系统、生殖系统,造成机体氧化应激和DNA损伤。中医认为,辐射会造成机体气血亏虚,阴阳失调。中医临床常用人参、当归、黄芪、红景天、刺五加、西洋参和枸杞等补虚药抗辐射损伤。常用抗辐射方剂有四君子汤、当归补血汤、益气解毒方等。中药抗辐射的机制主要是保护免疫、造血和生殖等系统的相关细胞,减少活性氧自由基和修复受损的DNA。抗辐射中药的作用原理及其机制仍有待于进一步深入研究。 In modern society,people are exposed to more and more radiation from ionizing radiation and non-ionizing.Excessive dose of radiation could damage the immune system,the hematopoietic system and the reproductive system,and cause oxidative stress and DNA damage.Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) believes that radiation can cause deficiency of qi and blood and imbalance of yin and yang.Common used radiation-resistant single Chinese medicines mainly tonify deficiency,such as ginseng,angelica sinensis,astragali radix,rhodiola rosea,acanthopanax senticosus,American ginseng and Chinese wolfberry.Common used radiation-resistant TCM prescriptions cover Sijunzi decoction,Danggui Buxue decoction,and Yiqi Jiedu recipe.The main mechanism of TCM anti-radiation is to protect the immune cells,hematopoietic and reproductive systems,reduce reactive oxygen radicals and repair DNA damage.The anti-radiation mechanism of TCM needs further study.
