折叠式人工玻璃体球囊的临床应用

Clinical application of foldable capsular vitreous body

目的:评价折叠式人工玻璃体球囊(foldable capsular vitreous body,FCVB)植入术的安全性及有效性。方法:前瞻性病例研究。徐州医科大学附属徐州市立医院2018年8月至2019年12月严重眼外伤及硅油依赖眼18例(18眼)接受23 G微创玻璃体切除术或硅油取出术联合FCVB植入术。术后随访3~12个月,观察手术前后视力、眼球形态及眼压。结果:所有患者FCVB均顺利植入。随访期间,FCVB形态完整,位置正,视网膜在位。无感染、硅油乳化或球囊暴露等并发症。术后视力提高者3例,视力不变者15例。眼压基本正常,眼球形态维持良好。患者基本满意度达88.89%(16/18)。结论:FCVB植入术治疗严重眼外伤及硅油依赖眼可避免反复手术、眼球摘除或硅油长期充填等不良反应,并发症少,安全有效。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of foldable capsular vitreous body(FCVB)implantation.Methods This was a prospective case study.From Aug.2018 to Dec.2019,18 eyes of 18 cases with severe ocular trauma and silicone oil dependence in the Affiliated Xuzhou Municipal Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University underwent 23 G minimally invasive vitrectomy or silicone oil removal combined with FCVB implantation.The visual acuity,normal external appearances and IOP before and after surgery were observed and the followed up time was 3-12 months.Results FCVB in all patients were successfully implanted.During the follow-up period,FCVB were intact in all cases and the retina was in normal position.There was no complication such as infection,silicone oil emulsification or balloon exposure.The visual acuity was improved in 3 cases and remained unchanged in 15 cases after operation.The intraocular pressure was normal and the shape of eyeball was well maintained.The basic satisfaction rate of patients was 88.89%(16/18).Conclusion FCVB implantation in the treatment of severe ocular trauma and silicone oil dependent eyes can avoid repeated surgery,enucleation or silicone oil long-term tamponade and other adverse reactions,with less complications,safe and effective.
