聚苯胺颗粒三维包覆碳球材料的制备与电容去离子研究 被引量:1

Study on the Synthesis and Capacitance Deionization of Polyaniline Particles Three-Dimensionally Encapsulated Carbon Sphere Composites

摘要 以苯乙烯为原料经悬浮聚合法制备了聚苯乙烯球体,通过碳化反应合成了碳球,采用化学氧化法在碳球(Cs)表面生长了聚苯胺(PANI)。通过多种表征技术对其结构和形貌进行了表征,证明了PANI已成功均匀生长于Cs表面,得到了PANI-Cs材料。将PANI-Cs材料作为电极时,在0.5 A/g的电流密度下,比容量高达370 F/g。以一对PANI-Cs电极平行组装成的超级电容器去离子装置,在10 mA/g的电流下,0~1.2 V电压范围内,脱盐量可以达到22.3 mg/g;且循环100圈后仍能保持84%的脱盐性能,具备优良的循环稳定性。 In this paper,polystyrene spheres were prepared by suspension polymerization method using styrene as raw material,and then carbon sphere were synthesized by carbonization reaction.Subsequently,chemical oxidation method was used to grow polyaniline(PANI)on the surface of carbon spheres(Cs).The structure and morphology were characterized by a variety of characterization techniques,which proved that PANI has successfully grown uniformly on the surface of Cs to obtain PANI-Cs material.When PANI-Cs was used as an electrode,the specific capacity was as high as 370 F/g at a current density of 0.5 A/g with a good electrochemical performance.A capacitive deionization device assembled with a pair of PANI-Cs electrodes in parallel can achieve a desalination capacity of 22.3 mg/g at a current of 10 mA/g and a voltage range of 0~1.2 V.Meanwhile,it can maintain 84%desalination performance after 100 cycles,with excellent cycle stability.
