纳米二氧化硅改性聚乳酸/剑麻纤维复合材料的制备及表征 被引量:2

Preparation and Characterization of Nano-SiO Modified Polylactic Acid/Sisal Fiber Composites

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸/剑麻纤维/纳米二氧化硅(PLA/SF/nano-SiO2)复合材料,研究nano-SiO2的用量对复合材料性能的影响。实验结果表明:加入nano-SiO2后,复合材料的结晶峰温度(Tc)、熔点(Tm)、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)以及生物降解能力逐渐提高;当nano-SiO2用量为15%时,力学性能较佳,接触角达到最大值;复合材料浸泡7 d时,吸水性基本达到饱和;SEM照片表明,少量的nano-SiO2可在PLA/SF基体中形成较为连续的结构,nano-SiO2用量过多时会出现团聚现象,对复合材料的性能带来不利影响。 The polylactic acid/sisal fiber/nano-SiO2(PLA/SF/nano-SiO2)composite was prepared by the melt blending method,and the effect of the amount of nano-SiO2 on the properties of the composite was studied.The experimental results show that after adding nano-SiO2,the crystallization peak temperature(Tc),melting point(Tm),glass transition temperature(Tg)and biodegradability of the composite material gradually increase;when the amount of nano-SiO2 is 15%,the mechanical The performance is better,and the contact angle reaches the maximum value;when the composite material is soaked for 7 days,the water absorption is basically saturated;the SEM photo shows that a small amount of nano-SiO2 can form a relatively continuous structure in the PLA/SF matrix,and the amount of nano-SiO2 is too high.Agglomeration will often occur,which will adversely affect the performance of composite materials.
