防虫聚氯乙烯塑料电缆的制备及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 在聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑料中加入一定含量的联苯菊酯(BF)和阻燃剂制备了防虫聚氯乙烯电缆材料,并对其性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:不同含量BF的防虫电缆材料均具有较好的拉伸性能以及阻燃性能。随着BF含量的增加,电缆被白蚁破坏程度明显降低。在BF含量最高的5号试样中,白蚁对其啃食破坏率最小,白蚁环境中表面基本无啃食痕迹,并且白蚁死亡率达到了99.8%,该试样具有高效的防虫啃咬性能。结合力学性能和阻燃性能,5号试样具有在防虫电缆中应用的潜力。 In this study,a certain amount of bifenthrin(BF)and flame retardant was added into the PVC plastic to prepare the insect-resistant PVC cable material,and its properties were characterized.The results show that the cable materials with different content of BF have good mechanical properties and flame retardant properties.With the increase of the BF content,the termite break decreased obviously.In sample 5 with the highest content of BF,termites had the lowest gnoming-damage rate,the surface of termites in the environment had basically no gnoming-trace,and the mortality rate of termites reached 99.8%,indicating that the sample had efficient insect-proofing and gnoming-bite performance.Combined with mechanical properties and flame retardant properties,sample 5 could be used in the application of pest control cables.
