3D曲面显示屏压合机的PLC控制器注塑模具流动平衡优化分析 被引量:4

Optimization Analysis of Flow Balance of Injection Mold with PLC Controller of 3D Curved Display Screen of Pressing Machine

摘要 真空压合技术是一种应用于3D曲面显示屏无气泡贴合的全新技术,对于各类智能硬件的显示屏组的帖覆十分关键。PLC控制器是真空压合技术的控制系统,其内部的精密元件依靠外部的塑料外壳保护。以某牌号PLC控制器外壳为实例,基于Moldflow软件,对其注塑加工的流动平衡性进行了分析,得到了较为良好的流动平衡方案。结果表明:上盖和底座的填充时间差异性由原来的13.58%降至3.11%,注射压力差异性由原来的98.13%降至26.70%,翘曲变形降低了6.64%,改善了模具的流动平衡性,能够在一定程度上提高产品质量和生产效率,为类似塑件的注塑加工提供了参考。 Vacuum pressing technology is a new technology applied to the bubble-free bonding of 3D curved display screen,which is very important for the placement of display screen of various intelligent hardware.The PLC controller is a control system of vacuum pressing technology,and its internal precision components are protected by an external plastic housing.Taking a certain brand of PLC controller housing as an example,based on Moldflow software,the flow balance of its injection molding process was analyzed,and a relatively good flow balance solution was obtained.The result show that the filling time difference between the upper cover and the base is reduced from 13.58%to 3.11%,the injection pressure difference is reduced from 98.13%to 26.70%,and the warpage deformation is reduced by 6.64%,which improves the flow balance of the mold and improves the product quality and production efficiency to a certain extent,the research is helpful for providing with reference for injection molding of similar plastic parts.
