摘要
介绍了控温炉衬在30 MVA半密闭矿热炉生产锰硅合金的应用,实现了炉衬温度可控、操作可控、指标可控。控温炉衬设计是把保温炉衬蓄热与导热炉料的炉底冷却有机结合起来,为锰硅电炉运行的"安全、长寿、节能、降耗"奠定了坚实的物质基础。同时,该生产使用实践案例,开辟了一条用国产炉衬材料、国内冶炼技术实现锰硅合金电炉长寿的新道路。
The application of temperature control lining on production of ferromanganese-silicon in 30 MVA semiclosed submerged arc furnace is introduced,and the furnace lining temperature,operation and index can be controlled.The design of temperature control lining is a combination of thermal storage of thermal insulation furnace lining and the bottom cooling of heat-conducting furnace lining materials,which lays a solid material foundation for the operation of ferromanganese-silicon furnace with the characteristics of"safety,long campaign life,energy saving and reduction of consumption".In the meantime,the case of production practice opens up a new way to realize the long campaign life of ferromanganese-silicon furnace with domestic lining materials and smelting technology.
