硅铁浇铸无组织烟尘排放的治理措施研究

摘要 介绍了通过对铁合金企业生产过程中无组织烟尘产生的环节进行分析,研究了车间顶吸、移动式集烟罩、固定式集烟罩在硅铁浇铸过程中无组织烟尘治理的优缺点。得出企业只有加强生产环保管控力度、改变原有的浇铸方式才能从根本上解决浇铸过程中产生的无组织烟尘,实现铁合金清洁化生产。 Based on the production process of ferroalloy enterprises,the paper analyzes the links of unorganized flue gas generated in the production process,and studies the advantages and disadvantages of unorganized flue gas treatment in the workshop top suction,movable smoke-collecting hood,and fixed smoke-collecting hood during the ferrosilicon casting.Only by strengthening the environmental protection and control of the production links and changing the original casting method,the enterprise can fundamentally solve the unorganized smoke generated in the casting process and realize the clean production of ferroalloy.
