摘要 思想政治教育和积极心理学都关注人的积极品质的培育,并在教育过程中存在教育目标一致性、服务对象一致性、教育主体的相互重合和教育方法的相互补充,这就为二者协同育人提供了可行性。实现高校思想政治教育和积极心理学协同育人,需要从积极心理学中的积极情感体验、积极人格特质和积极组织系统出发,不断创新高校思想政治教育的理念,增强高校思想政治教育的实效,优化高校思想政治教育的环境,在系统内实现资源共享,相互配合,使思想政治教育与心理育人同向同行,形成协同效应。 Ideological and political education and positive psychology both focus on the cultivation of people’s positive qualities.There is the consistency of educational objectives,the consistency of service objects,the consistency of educational subjects and the mutual overlapping of educational methods in the process of education,which provides the feasibility for the two in cooperative education.To realize the cooperative education of ideological and political education and positive psychology in universities,it is necessary to start from the positive emotional experience,positive personality and positive organizational system in positive psychology,constantly innovate the concept of ideological and political education in universities,enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities,optimize the environment of ideological and political education in universities and a system of resource sharing and mutual cooperation needs to be realized.As a result,psychological education and ideological and political education complement each other to achieve a synergistic effect.
