夜间低温处理对不同品种番茄幼苗生长及光合性能的影响

摘要 为研究番茄的低温适应性,文中以5个不同品种番茄幼苗为试验材料,利用人工气候箱对不同品种番茄幼苗进行夜间低温处理,8 d后测定其生长指标和光合性能。结果表明:夜间低温处理条件下,不同品种番茄幼苗的生长状况和光合性能均受到了一定的抑制,不同品种番茄幼苗之间表现差异明显,其中4号番茄幼苗的地上部干鲜重、地下部干鲜重、株高、茎粗等指标明显优于其他品种,叶片气孔导度和蒸腾速率明显降低,但光合效率相对较高;1号番茄幼苗的地上部干鲜重、地下部干鲜重、株高、茎粗、叶长、叶宽等指标明显劣于其他品种,且叶片数较少,气孔导度也较弱。本试验通过研究夜间低温处理对不同品种番茄幼苗生长和光合性能的影响,为低温环境下番茄的栽培和研究提供了一定的理论依据。 To study the low temperature adaptability of tomatoes,5 different varieties of tomato seedlings are used in this paper as test materials.These seedlings are treated with low temperature treatment at night in an artificial climate box,and the growth index and photosynthetic performance are measured after 8 days.The results indicates that the growth and photosynthesis characteristics of different varieties of tomato seedlings under low temperature treatment at night are inhibited to some extent,and the performance between different varieties of tomato seedlings is significantly different.Among them,No.4 variety is significantly better than other varieties in dry fresh weight of over-ground part,dry fresh weight of underground part,plant height and stem diameter.Besides,it has lower stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of leaves with relatively higher photosynthetic efficiency.The dry fresh weight of the aboveground part,the dry fresh weight of the underground part,plant height,stem diameter,leaf length and leaf width of No.1 variety are significantly worse than those of other varieties with fewer leaves and weaker stomatal conductance.This experiment studies the effects of low temperature treatment at night on the growth and photosynthetic performance of different varieties of tomato seedlings,which provides a theoretical basis for the cultivation and research of tomato under low temperature environment.
