摘要
为了判别城市道路核心区常发性交通拥堵路段,本研究基于交叉口车道渠化结果和车道饱和流率,以及城市道路网有向图简化方法,采用运筹学最大流最小截集理论,建立容量矩阵,提出了城市核心区道路网主要交通流方向常发性交通拥堵路段的判别方法和优化流程。以西宁市为例,研究得到了西宁市核心区道路网东至西以及西至东的常发性交通拥堵路段,其结果与西宁市核心区道路网常发性交通拥堵路段相符合,可为西宁市核心区道路网信控交叉口设计参数调整和交通管理优化方案的制定提供依据。
In order to identify the frequently congested road in urban core,based on the results of in-tersection lane channelization and lane saturation flow rate as well as the directed graph simplifica-tion of urban road network,this paper establishes a capacity matrix by using the maximum flow mini-mum cut set theory of operational research.It also proposes the identification and optimization process of frequent traffic congestion sections in main traffic flow of road network in urban core.The sections of frequent traffic congestion from east to west and from west to east of Xining core area are obtained in this study.The results are consistent with the sections of frequent traffic congestion of Xining core area,which can provide a basis for the adjustment of design parameters and formulation of traffic management optimization scheme for the road network of Xining core area.
