回馈教育模式对恶性脑胶质瘤手术患者自我管理行为、日常生活能力及生活质量的影响

Influence of feedback education model on self-management behavior,ability of daily living and quality of life in patients with malignant glioma surgery

目的探讨回馈教育模式对恶性脑胶质瘤手术患者自我管理行为、日常生活能力及生活质量的影响。方法依据健康教育模式将86例恶性脑胶质瘤患者分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=42),观察组患者采取回馈教育模式,对照组患者接受常规健康教育模式。干预前及干预1个月后,采用自我管理行为量表比较两组患者的自我管理行为;采用Barthel指数量表比较两组患者的日常生活能力;采用简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)比较两组患者的生活质量。结果干预前,两组患者自我管理行为量表、Barthel指数量表、SF-36量表各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);干预后,两组患者自我管理行为量表、Barthel指数量表、SF-36量表各维度评分均高于本组干预前,且观察组患者自我管理行为量表、Barthel指数量表、SF-36量表各维度评分均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论回馈教育模式可提高恶性脑胶质瘤手术患者的自我管理行为及日常生活能力的,改善术后生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of feedback education mode on self-management behavior,ability of daily living and quality of life in patients undergoing malignant glioma surgery.Method 86 patients with malignant gliomas were divided into observation group(n=44,feedback education mode)and control group(n=42,routine health education mode)according to different intervention methods.Before and 1 month after intervention,self-management behavior,ability of daily living and the quality of life were compared by using self-management behavior scale,Barthel index and the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36),respectively.Result There were no differences for scores of selfmanagement behavior scale,Barthel index and SF-36 scale between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).1 month after intervention,the scores of self-management behavior scale,Barthel index and SF-36 scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those before intervention and those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The feedback education mode can improve the self-management behavior,ADL and postoperative quality of life in patients undergoing malignant glioma.
