中华民族共同体精神是以"中华民族共同体意识"为基础的民族精神,在抗击新冠肺炎疫情这一重大突发事件的治理行动中,"万众一心、众志成城"的中华民族共同体精神是攻坚克难的重要因素,其蕴含中国国家建构的基本逻辑及价值,是考察、验证我国国家能力、国家治理水平、社会团结、民族团结的重要指标。抗击新冠肺炎疫情背景下的中华民族共同体精神,是以新时代社会主义核心价值观、五个认同为核心建立的具有"立体同心圆"特点的社会关系为社会基础,以中国国家治理现代化的经验与效能为治理基础的"全体中华民族人民"的新时代共同体精神。中华民族共同体精神在抗击新冠肺炎疫情中实现了进一步的凝聚与升华,强化了其对于中华民族伟大复兴的价值引领和精神动力,有助于人类命运共同体的发展。
