介电频谱法在油浸式变压器状态评估中的应用

摘要 发电厂安装的变压器主要有干式变压器和油浸式变压器两种,其中油浸式变压器占比较多。油浸式变压器的绝缘良好度主要受温度、变压器油含水率的影响,但是油浸式变压器中97%以上的水分都存在于固体绝缘中,因此通过检测油中含水量并不能直接判断变压器固体绝缘水分含量情况。介电频谱法是一种能够直接对油浸式变压器固体绝缘含水量进行判断的方法,不仅能够对变压器固体绝缘水分含量进行监测,还能判断固体绝缘老化程度,是评估变压器绝缘状态的有效手段。在某发电厂双机停运时,运用介电频谱法对#1、#2主变压器的绝缘状态进行了评估,结果表明,#1、#2主变压器绝缘性能均处于良好状态,两台主变压器均无需进行大修,可继续运行,其中#2主变压器绝缘性能优于#1主变压器。
