变电站巡检机器人及配套控制系统的设计研究 被引量:11

摘要 针对目前变电站数量规模大而人工巡检方式效率较低的问题,文中设计了一套面向变电站的机器人巡检控制系统。该系统分为基于巡检机器人及充电室等的移动站系统和由交换机、导航定位规划系统及C++语言开发的基站系统,具有巡检任务管理、信息显示、图像监控、机器人控制、报警输出等功能。经过实现与测试结果表明,该系统能够有效控制机器人完成定点巡检、定时巡检、遥控巡检等任务,检测结果准确且效率较高,为变电站无人巡检提供了一套完整的技术解决方案。 According to the low efficiency problem of manual inspection taken in large number of substations,this paper designs a robot inspection control system for substation.The system is divided into the mobile station system which is based on the inspection robot and the charging room as well as the base station system developed by the switch,the navigation and positioning planning system,and C++language.As a result,the system can realize functions of patrol task management,information display,image monitoring,robot control,alarm output,etc.After the implementation and testing,the system can effectively control the robot to complete the tasks of fixed⁃point inspection,timing inspection,remote control inspection,etc.,whose detection results are accurate with high efficiency,and provides a complete set of technical solutions for unmanned patrol inspection of substation.
