基于三维遥感技术的输电线路逆向工程重构系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 传统重构系统缺少逆向设计流程,导致三维曲面吻合度极差,重构精准度较低。基于该问题,提出基于三维遥感技术的输电线路逆向工程重构系统。在无设计图纸上,通过控制CF卡设计系统硬件结构。使用具有中央处理单元、存储管理单元、分离指令缓存、标准调试接口的Power⁃PC405微处理器,采用深埋式设置方式,无需实际操作就可和外界接口直接相连。选用KH3000型号色彩采集器,集热电偶、热电阻于一体,保证硬件组件之间互不干扰。依据前期处理流程,输出三维图像重构与测量结果,利用3D扫描仪,设计逆向工程工作流程。通过曲面拟合重构,从三维空间中取样,获取分散开的点云数据,由此完成输电线路逆向工程重构。由实验结果可知,该系统重构精准度最高可达到92%,具有较高的工件三维曲面拟合精准度。 The traditional reconstruction system is lack of reverse design process,which results in poor coincidence of three⁃dimensional surfaces and low reconstruction accuracy.Based on this problem,a transmission line reverse engineering reconstruction system based on 3D remote sensing technology is proposed.In the absence of design drawings,the hardware structure of the system is designed by controlling the CF card.PowerPC405 microprocessor with central processing unit,storage management unit,separate instruction cache and standard debugging interface is used.It adopts deep buried setting mode and can be directly connected with external interface without actual operation.Model KH3000 color collector is selected,which integrates thermocouple and thermal resistance to ensure no interference between hardware components.According to the pre⁃processing flow,output the 3D image reconstruction and measurement results,and use 3D scanner to design the reverse engineering workflow.Through surface fitting and reconstruction,sampling from three⁃dimensional space,obtaining scattered point cloud data,thus completing the reverse engineering reconstruction of transmission lines.The experimental results show that the reconstruction accuracy of the system can reach 92%at most,and it has high fitting accuracy of 3D workpiece surface.
