摘要
目的:探讨新冠疫情防控期间临床实习远程教学的方式及效果。方法:新冠疫情防控期间,对183名临床医学专业学生进行远程教学,组织出科考核并与疫情前传统实习教学的出科考核进行比较,问卷调查学生主观学习感受。结果:出科考核成绩中,临床分析能力高于疫情前、临床技能操作低于疫情前(P<0.05),基础理论知识及病历书写与疫情前无统计学差异(P>0.05)。问卷调查结果显示远程实习教学的必要性及教学效果得到大部分师生肯定。结论:远程实习教学在疫情防控期间起到了良好的教学效果,多样化的教学模式可以满足学生的不同需求。
Objective: To explore the method and teaching effect of distance internship in clinical practice teaching during the epidemic of COVID-19. Method:Totally 183 internship students who were supposed to have internship in the second Xiangya hospital of Central South University from March 9th 2019 to March 30th 2019, received distance learning at home. At the end of internship, examination and questionnaire survey were completed. The result of examination during the epidemic was compared with that before epidemic of the same students. Results:The score of clinical analytical ability was higher during the epidemic than before the epidemic, but the score of clinical skills was lower(P<0.05). Comparison of the scores of basic knowledge and case record between during and before the epidemic was no significant difference(P>0.05). According to the survey, the necessity and effect of distance internship teaching was affirmed by most teachers and students. Conclusions:Distance teaching can provide an excellent quality of clinical practice teaching during the epidemic of COVID-19, and multi-mode teaching method can meet the needs of students.
