体验式教学对妇科实习护士自我导向学习能力及护理核心能力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨体验式教学在妇科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:纳入本院100名妇科实习护士,均分为对照组和实验组,各组50名,分别采用传统带教及体验式带教。采用自我导向学习量表、护士核心能力测评量表评价两组实习护士自我导向学习能力及核心能力差异。结果:实验组带教后自我导向学习量表、护士核心能力测评量表评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:体验式教学有利于提高妇科实习护士学习能力及核心能力。 Objective:To observe the application value of experiential teaching in clinical teaching for student nurses in gynecology departm ent.Methods:Totally 100 cases of nurses in gynecology department of our hospital were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group received the traditional teaching,the observation group received the experiential teaching.The self-directed learning scale and the nurse key competence scale were used to evaluate the differences of the self-directed learning ability and key competence between two groups.Results:After the teaching,the score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of experiential teaching for student nurses in gynecology department can effectively improve nurses'self-directed learning ability and key competence.
