大力推动川西北阿坝生态“重在保护要在治理高质量发展”的探析

Exploration and analysis of“the key is protection and governance,high-quality development”to vigorously promote the Aba ecology in northwest Sichuan

阿坝藏族羌族自治州地处黄河、长江流域上游,生态地位十分重要,大力推动川西北阿坝生态“重在保护、要在治理、高质量发展”具有重大意义。要准确把握其总体思路、基本要求和重点任务。本文结合新时代阿坝实践发展要求,从“重在保护”的思路、“要在治理”的举措、“高质量发展”的路径等方面,进一步明确了要“保护什么”“治理什么”“高质量发展什么”。

Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture is located in the upper reaches of the Yellow River and the Yangtze River,and its ecological status is very important.It is of great significance to vigorously promote the“emphasis on protection,governance and high-quality development”of the Aba ecology in the northwest of Sichuan.To accurately grasp its overall thinking,basic requirements and key tasks.In combination with the practical development requirements of Aba in the new era,this paper further defines“what to protect”,“what to govern”and“what to develop with high quality”from the perspectives of“protecting”,“governing”and“developing with high quality”.
