发酵苹果渣饲料对肉牛生产性能和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:11

摘要 试验旨在研究发酵苹果渣饲料对肉牛生产性能和血清生化指标的影响。随机将50只肉牛分成5组,设4个试验组和1个对照组,每组10头。试验1、2、3、4组饲喂添加5%、10%、15%、20%发酵苹果渣的饲料,对照组只饲喂精料,试验期50 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),在精料中加入15%的发酵苹果渣组肉牛的料重比极显著低于其他各组(P<0.01);血清中的生长激素(HGH)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);血清中白蛋白、尿素氮含量显著低于其他试验组及对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,精料中添加15%发酵苹果渣饲料能提高肉牛的生产性能。 The experiment was to study the effect of fermented apple residue feed on production performance and serum biochemical index of beef cattle.Randomly divide 50 beef cattle into five groups,four test groups and a control group,each with ten heads,test 1,2,3,4 groups were fed with 5%,10%,15%,20%fermentation apple residue feed,the control group was fed only concentrate.The experiment period was 50 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain of the test groups was significantly higher(P<0.05).In the 15%fermented apple residue group,the feed to weight ration was extremely higher than that of other groups(P<0.01);the growth hormone(HGH)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the serum were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01);the content of protein and urea nitrogen was lower than other test groups and control groups,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The study indicated that adding 15%fermented apple improve the production performance of beef cattle.
