黄粉虫代替鱼粉对锦鲤生长、消化酶及体成分的影响 被引量:8

摘要 试验研究黄粉虫替代鱼粉对锦鲤生长、体成分及消化酶的影响。选取平均体重(55.49±2.28)g、体长(114.127±4.060)cm的锦鲤360尾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,黄粉虫替代鱼粉比例为0%(G1组)、20%(G2组)、40%(G3组)、60%(G4组)、80%(G5组)、100%(G6组),饲喂周期56 d。结果表明:G3组增重率和肝体比显著高于G4组(P<0.05)。G3组前肠淀粉酶显著低于G1、G2组(P<0.05)。G3组前肠蛋白酶活性显著高于G1组(P<0.05),G3~G5组粗蛋白含量显著高于G1组(P<0.05),且G3组最高,G5、G6组灰分显著高于G1组(P<0.05)。研究表明,黄粉虫代替鱼粉的最适替代量为40%时对锦鲤幼鱼生长最有利。 The experiment studied the effect of Tenebrio molitor replacing fish meal on growth,digestive enzymesand body composition of Cyprinus carpio haematopterus.The experiment chose 360 tails of Cyprinus carpio haematopterus with average weight(55.49±2.28)g,body length(114.127±4.060)cm were randomly divided into six groups with three replicates in each group.Yellow powder insect was used to instead of 0(G1)20%(G2),40%(G3),60%(G4),80%(G5),100%(G6)of fish meal.feeding cycle was 56 d.The results showed that weight gain rate and liver body ratio of G3 group were significantly higher than that of G4 group(P<0.05).Foregut amylase of G3 group was significantly lower than that of G1,G2 group(P<0.05).Foregut protease activity of G3 group was significantly higher than that of G1 group(P<0.05).The G3~G5 group of crude protein was significantly higher than that of G1 group(P<0.05),and the ash content G5,G6 group was significantly higher than that of G1 group(P<0.05).40%of yellow powder insect was most benefit for growth of Cyprinus carpi haematopterus.
