左侧内囊后肢梗死导致认知功能障碍1例

摘要 单个关键部位脑梗死(如丘脑或基底节区)可以导致认知功能障碍[1],并且不同病灶部位其认识损害的表现可能不同。有研究报道了右侧基底节卒中后出现了失语、显著的注意力及空间结构能力受损[2]。近来国内研究也报道了内囊膝部梗死可导致认知功能障碍[3]。而内囊后肢梗死引起的认知损害较少被描述,现将我院诊治的1例急性左侧内囊后肢梗死后出现的认知障碍病例进行报道。
