摘要
Eplan作为一款硬件设计辅助软件,在工程设计中具有广泛的应用。软件的使用过程中,无可避免地会出现人为因素引起的错误。对于这类错误一方面应通过绘图人员的反复校验来减少,另一方面可通过二次开发设计自动检查工具来主动识别。设计并实现了一套Eplan自动检查系统对DCS系统硬件设计中常见的一些错误进行检查。经验证,该系统能够有效地实现检查目标,提高设计过程的效率和质量。
As a hardware design assistant software,Eplan is widely used in engineering design.In the process of using the software,errors caused by human factors will inevitably occur.For this kind of error,on the one hand,we should reduce the error through the draftsman's repeated verification,and on the other hand,we can actively identify the error through the secondary development and design of automatic checking tools.This paper designs and implements a set of Eplan automatic check system to check some common mistakes in the DCS system hardware design.It is verified that the system can effectively realize the check purpose and improve the efficiency and quality of the design process.
