一种分段PI参数自整定的燃气热水器控制方法

Method of Adaptive Segment PI Control in Gas Water Heater

针对燃气热水器的恒温控制问题,提出了一种分段PI参数自整定的燃气热水器控制方法。首先根据热力学定律推导出燃气热水器的传递函数模型;然后根据模型设计了分段PI参数自整定控制器来提高恒温控制性能,并在Matlab上进行仿真;最后在测试平台上验证了上述控制方法的有效性。

Aiming at the thermostat control of gas water heaters,this paper proposes an adaptive PI segment control method for gas water heaters.Firstly,based on the the law of thermodynamics,transfer function model of the water heater is derived.Then an adaptive segment PI controller is designed according to the model to improve the performance of gas water heaters system,and simulated the system on Matlab.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed control method is verified by the experiments.
