摘要
为了进一步加强薄带铸轧工艺的研究,将无线传感器技术应用于铸轧过程实现信息的跟踪和采集。在薄带铸轧试验机的控制系统及网络布置基础上,设计了无线传感器节点及通信协议;详细解析了薄带铸轧试验机实验过程中填料、熔炼、铸轧、平整、卷取、温轧的过程跟踪及信息采集方法。通过信息追溯分析找到影响产品质量的关键因素及相应的解决方案。无线传感器的应用降低了成本、节省了布线、方便了网络重构。
In order to further strengthen the research of strip casting technology,the wireless sensor technology is applied to the process of the casting process to realize the tracking and collection of information.The wireless sensor node and communication protocol are designed based on the control system and network layout of the thin strip casting machine in this paper,the process tracking and information collection method are analyzed in details from filler,melting,roll casting,coiling to warm rolling in experiment process of thin strip casting machine.The key factors affecting the product quality and the corresponding solutions will be found through tracing and analyzing the information.The application of wireless sensor reduces the cost,saves the wiring,facilitates the network reconfiguration,and adapts to the development of industrial automation.
