摘要
为解决“发酵蔬菜深加工包装控制系统”的系统集成,提出以无线数据终端DTD433M,采用工业组态软件、S7-200 PLC控制器构建基于Modbus/RTU协议的无线数据传输控制网络,实现智能包装集成系统的柔性扩展、智能控制,对主站的组态配置、从站的通信设置和程序开发进行了详细说明。测试结果表明,系统数据传输可靠、准确,系统实时性、快速性和稳定性满足智能包装集成系统控制要求。
In order to solve the system integration of fermented vegetable deep processing packaging control system,it is proposed to use wireless data terminal DTD433M,industrial configuration software,S7_200 PLC controller to construct a wireless data transmission control network based on Modbus/RTU protocol to realize intelligent packaging integration system flexible expansion,intelligent control,the configuration configuration of the master station,communication settings of the slave station and program development are explained in detail.The test results show that the data transmission of the system is reliable and accurate,and the real-time,fast and stable system meets the control requirements of the intelligent packaging integrated system.
