摘要
某火电厂660MW超超临界汽轮发电机组运行当中出现低压转子侧的#5瓦和发电机侧#7瓦轴振突增异常。针对这一现象,通过对汽轮发电机进行在线振动测试和打闸降速振动测试,分析查找振动原因,重新调整了汽轮机转子动平衡量和低发对轮同心度,开机运行后整个轴系统振动均保持在良好范围内,振动异常现象得到消除。
A 660 MW ultra supercritical steam turbine generator set in a power plant,abnormal vibration of#5 bearing at low-pressure rotor side and#7 bearing shaft at generator side occurred during operation.In view of this phenomenon,through on-line vibration test and trip down vibration test of turbine generator,the vibration causes are analyzed and found out in this paper.The dynamic balance of steam turbine rotor and the concentricity of low generator coupling are readjusted.After the start-up and operation,the vibration of the whole shaft system is kept in a good range,and the abnormal vibration phenomenon is eliminated.
