摘要
介绍了一种利用氨碱废液生产液体盐的方法,将制碱废液注井溶解矿盐得到卤水。这期间制碱废液中的Ca^2+与卤水中的SO4^2-生成石膏而沉淀,以此降低卤水中SO4^2-含量,经长时间沉降反应,得低硝卤水。此低硝卤水,可直接用于液体盐的生产。
It was introduced a new technology for producing liquid salt utilizing waste ammonia liquid.The general idea is to inject the waste liquor into the well to dissolve the mineral salt to get brine.During this period,Ca^2+in the waste liquor of caustic soda production and SO4^2- in brine form gypsum and precipitate,so as to reduce SO4^2- content in brine.After long-time sedimentation reaction,low nitrate brine is obtained.The low nitrate brine can be directly used in the production of liquid salt.
