摘要
文章剖析了现有开、关门方式与司机单人值乘的冲突点,提出可以同时满足司机操作与瞭望的改造方案,并对改造所需材料的性能及施工方式进行探讨,同时关注并制定方案内可能存在的漏电、进水等安全隐患的解决方案。力求在保证司机室内装完整性以及开关门功能的前提下,在司机室适宜位置,左右门附近重新各设置一对开、关门按妞,以满足单人值乘司机操作及瞭望需求,同时兼顾美观、绝缘、密封、机械强度等相关要求。
This article analyzed the conflict points between the current method of opening and closing the door and the single driving by driver,proposed a modification plan that can satisfy the driver's operation and observation at the same time,and discussed the properties and construction methods of the materials needed for the transformation,at the same time,pay attention and formulate solutions to the potential safety hazards such as leakage of electricity and water immersion in the plan.On the premise of ensuring the integrity of the driver's cabin and the function of opening and closing doors,in a suitable position,set a pair of opening and closing buttons near the left and right doors respectively,to meet the operation and observation needs of single-duty drivers,and at the same time,it takes into account the requirements of beauty,insulation,sealing,mechanical strength,etc.
