摘要
该文介绍了ASPS国际学者申请的过程、回国后的体会以及解放军总医院第四医学中心烧伤整形科对青年医师的培养经验。
It’s an honor to become an ASPS international scholar in 2018.As a visiting scholar,the author went to Mayo Clinic,Clevel and Clinic,Southwest Medical Center of the United States and Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute.In this paper,the author introduced the process of application,his post-visiting experience and his department’s training experience for young doctors.
