Comparison of mechanical ventilation PEEP regulation methods in treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome

阐述了急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)的危害,综述了调节呼气终末正压(positive end-expiratory pressure,PEEP)的最佳氧合法、压力-容积曲线法、最佳顺应性法和监测食道压法等方法的优缺点及临床意义。提出了应结合患者的病因、病情、医疗环境等因素选取最适合的调节PEEP方法。

The harm of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)was described,and some methods for regulating positive end-expiratory pressure(PEEP)had their advantages,disadvantages and clinical significances reviewed including the oxygenation method,the pressure volume curve method,the best compliance method and the method by monitoring esophageal pressure.It's pointed out PEEP regulation had to be executed in light of the patient's etiology,condition and medical environment.
