导师责任制结合PBL教学法在中医住院医师规范化培训中的应用

The Application of Tutorial System Combined with PBL Teaching Method in the Standardized Training of Resident Physician of Traditional Chinese Medicine

住院医师规范化培训制度作为医学生毕业后的教育在我国已被广泛实行。然而,对中医医生来说,比起院校教育,规培期间导师责任制显得极为重要。同时还应在规培学习期间融合PBL训练法,才能更好地培养规培生的实践能力、创新能力与科研能力,从而进一步促进中医药事业的发展。

As the post-graduate education of medical students,the standardized residents training in hospital has been widely implemented in China.However,compared with college education,tutorial system is very important for traditional Chinese medicine doctors.At the same time,in order to better cultivate the practical ability,innovation ability and scientific research ability of the students,problem-based learning method should be integrated during the period of the standardized training to further promote the development of TCM.
