小组讨论式教学在实习生临床护理操作带教中的实施效果

The Implementation Effect of Group Discussion Teaching in Clinical Nursing Operation Teaching of Nursing Interns

目的探究在护理实习生临床护理操作带教中应用小组讨论式教学的效果。方法将九江市第一人民医院妇产科实施传统教学期间(2017年3月—2018年3月)的40名护理实习生设为参照组,将实施小组讨论式教学期间(2018年4月—2019年3月)的40名护理实习生设为研究组。课程结束后对比2组护理实习生的考核成绩,其中包括理论知识与临床护理操作。结果研究组理论知识与临床护理操作得分均高于参照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理临床实习生临床护理操作带教中实施小组讨论式教学,可改变知识的传授方式,使临床护理实习生积极参与课堂学习中,进而巩固理论知识并促进其临床护理操作能力的显著提升。

Objective To explore the effect of group discussion teaching in clinical nursing operation of nursing interns.Methods 40 nursing interns during the traditional teaching period of obstetrics and gynecology(March 2017 to March 2018)were set as the control group,and 40 nursing interns during the group discussion teaching period of obstetrics and gynecology(April 2018 to March 2019)were set as the study group.At the end of the course,the examination results of the two groups of nursing interns were compared,including theoretical knowledge and clinical nursing operation.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical nursing operation in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the test value of data difference between the above groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of group discussion teaching in clinical nursing operation teaching of nursing clinical interns can change the way of knowledge transmission,make clinical nursing interns actively participate in classroom learning,consolidate theoretical knowledge and promote the significant improvement of their clinical nursing operation ability.
