摘要
目的探讨PBL教学模式与认知发现学习理论在中医骨科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取102人2018年10月—2019年3月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院实习的护理生,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各51人。对照组护理生给予传统的教学授课模式,观察组护理生给予PBL教学模式与认知发现学习理论相结合的教学模式。观察并比较2组护理生行为考评、理论知识、操作考试成绩,观察护理生对课堂教学效果评价以及整体效果评价。结果观察组行为、理论知识、操作技能的考评分数均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理生对课堂教学效果评价以及整体效果评价均较好。结论将PBL教学模式与认知发现学习理论应用在中医骨科临床护理教学中,能够有效提高护理生的专科理论水平和临床综合技能水平,效果显著,有较高的推广价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching mode and cognitive discovery learning theory in clinical nursing teaching of orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 102 nurses who were interned in our hospital from October 20 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 51 cases in each.The traditional nursing teaching mode was given to the nursing students in the control group,and the teaching mode of the PBL teaching mode combined with the cognitive discovery learning theory was given to the nursing students of the observation group.The behavioral evaluation,theoretical knowledge and operational test scores of the two groups of nursing students were observed and compared,and the evaluation of the classroom teaching effect and the overall effect evaluation of the nursing students were observed.Results The scores of behavior,theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of classroom teaching effect and overall effect evaluation of the observation group were better.Conclusion Applying PBL teaching mode and cognitive discovery learning theory to the clinical nursing teaching of orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the professional level of the nursing students and the level of clinical comprehensive skills.The effect is remarkable and has a high promotion value.
