趺阳脉诊探析

Analysis of Fuyang Pulse Diagnosis

趺阳脉诊是中医脉学的重要组成部分之一,但自张仲景之后,趺阳脉诊法已普遍不被重视,当代中医界也基本上抛弃了趺阳脉诊法这一重要的切诊方法。笔者总结了趺阳脉诊的渊源、诊脉方法、正常脉象、临床意义、变异、临床应用和现代研究等方面,提出趺阳脉诊应该通过脉图仪等设备加以研究,找到脉诊现代研究的突破口,更好地发扬中医学脉诊的特色优势,更好地服务于临床,发挥其应有的临床实用价值。

Fuyang pulse diagnosis is an important part of traditinal Chin ese medicine pulse study. But after Zhang Zhongjing, the Fuyang pulse diagnosis method has been generally ignored, and the contemporay Chinese medicine community has basically given up the important diagnosis method. The author summarizes the origin, the method of pulse diagnosis, normal pulse, clinical sianificance,variation, clinical application and modern research, and puts forward that Fuyang pulse diagnosis should be strengthened through pusle mapping instrument and other equipment, find a breakthrough in modern research of pulse diagnosis, better enhance the characteristic advantages of traditinal chinese medicine pulse, better serve the clinic, and give full play to its clincal value.
