摘要
参芪地黄汤具有益气健脾,养阴补肾之功用,是中医治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的常用方剂,临床疗效被诸多现代医家所认可。本文通过探究张佩青教授应用加味参芪地黄汤治疗慢性肾功衰竭之经验。阐述了张佩青教授对慢性肾功能衰竭的病因、病机等方面的认知和辨证思路。介绍了张教授善用参芪地黄汤加减变化的诊疗特色,并举效验医案一例。
Shenqi Dihuang decoction has the functions of invigorating qi and spleen,nourishing yin and tonifying kidney.It is a common prescription for chronic renal failure in traditional Chinese medicine.Its clinical effect is recognized by many modern doctors.This paper explores Professor Zhang Peiqing's experience in the treatment of chronic renal failure with modified Shenqi Dihuang decoction.Professor Zhang Peiqing's cognition and dialectical thinking on the cause and pathogenesis of chronic renal failure was elaborated.This paper introduces Professor Zhang's diagnosis and treatment characteristics of Shenqi Dihuang decoction.
