补中益气汤具有补中益气,升阳举陷之功效,用于治疗脾虚气陷证,为临床常用的有效方剂。文章论述了补中益气汤证病因病机及组方配伍规律,重点介绍陈辉清主任临床运用补中益气汤加味治疗儿童鼾眠、喑哑、过敏性鼻炎、慢性化脓性中耳炎等病证的经验与体会,进而说明临证只要抓住脾虚气陷的病机特点,则可广泛运用于不同病证。附录验案4则,以资验证。

Buzhong Yiqi decoction has the effect of invigorating Zhongqi and promoting yang and lifting depression.It is used in the treatment of spleen deficiency and qi depression,and it is an effective prescription commonly used in clinic.The article discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of Buzhong Yiqi decoction syndrome and the compatibility of the prescriptions,and focuses on the clinical experience of Director Chen Huiqing in applying Buzhong Yiqi decoction to treat children's sleepiness,dumbness,allergic rhinitis,and chronic suppurative otitis media.The experience further shows that as long as the clinical characteristics of the spleen deficiency and qi depression are captured,the clinical evidence can be widely used in different medical syndromes.Appendix has 4 proved cases for verification.
