针刺联合绳带疗法在脑卒中偏瘫康复中的应用

The Application of Acupuncture Combined with Rope Belt Therapy in Stroke Hemiplegia Rehabilitation

目的观察针刺联合绳带疗法在脑卒中偏瘫康复的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分成治疗组30例、对照组30例。入选患者均进行常规康复护理和治疗,对照组予以针刺,治疗组予以针刺+绳带疗法,观察治疗前后Barthel指数、Ashworth评定及Fugl-Meyer量表评分的变化,得出结论。结果治疗1~3个疗程后,与治疗前比较,2组患者治疗后MAS评分均明显降低(P<0.05),MBI、FMA评分均显著升高(P<0.05);治疗组患者MAS评分下降程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05),MBI、FMA评分升高程度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with rope belt therapy in stroke hemiplegia rehabilitation.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.All the enrolled patients received routine rehabilitation nursing and treatment,the control group received acupuncture,and the treatment group received acupuncture plus rope therapy.Changes in Barthel index,Ashworth evaluation and Fugl-Meyer scale score before and after treatment were observed,and conclusions were drawn Results After 1-3 courses of treatment,MAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and MBI and FMA scores were significantly higher(P<0.05).The decrease degree of MAS score in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the increase degree of MBI and FMA scores in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.
